Nazdar has merged its locations in Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA into a single facility in Norcross, GA. The transition was completed in May. The Nashville location has been part of Nazdar since 1998 when the screen ink manufacturer acquired National Decorator Supply Company.
“Our focus right now is to make sure that the merging of the two locations is seamless as possible and that there is no lapse in the quality of service,” said Mike Fox, president of Nazdar. “The only difference our Tennessee customers will notice should be positive improvements. The consolidation will bring a higher level of service and support, along with a greater variety of in-stock products. The same Nashville sales representatives will still be handling the same accounts and, since most of the territory is one-day UPS service, customers will continue to receive orders in a timely manner.”
Gary Voelz, Nazdar vice president and manager of the Atlanta location, added, “We think our Nashville customers will be pleased with the enhanced services they’ll receive from the Norcross facility. They’ll now have direct access to technical resources, training seminars and local color matching for graphic and textile screen printing inks.”
