When Access Direct Mail purchased a Truepress Jet520HD in late 2018, it marked the 1,500th production class inkjet press manufactured by the Kyoto-based OEM.
Access Direct Mail said it nearly doubled its revenue by the end of 2019, from $5.76 million in 2018 to $9.12 million in 2019.
Dori Giglio, president and owner of Access Direct Mail, attributes the revenue increase to the Truepress Jet520HD Series which was in operation throughout 2019.
“SCREEN won hands down in terms of speed and quality,” said Giglio.
Access Direct Mail has since eliminated one six-color sheetfed offset press and seven of its eight toner presses from its facility.
“A last-minute job calling for 300,000 postcards can now be turned around in a day,” said Giglio.
