Rich Czarnecki was appointed VP of Micro Powders, Inc., the company announced.
He previously served as MPI’s director of Business & Technology Development and began his career with MPI as technical director in 2011.
“His new role reflects the knowledge, expertise, and focus that Rich brings to this position, including a skill set that will deliver continued improvements to the company’s systems and processes," said Gary Strauss, president, Micro Powders.
"Rich has been a tremendous asset to our organization, and we're confident that he will continue to guide us to even greater success in his new role,” added Deena Strauss, CEO, Micro Powders.
In his new role, Czarnecki will continue to lead the Technology and Business Development functions for the company.
Additionally, he will be working closely with the sales, marketing, operations, finance and customer service teams to improve the alignment of operations, facilitate coordination and communication, and develop strategic initiatives for continuous business improvement and growth.
