Flint Group Packaging Inks confirmed that its new Russian production site is on track for completion despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Developed to support Flint Group Packaging Inks’ customers, the new facility is located southwest of Moscow in the Kaluga region.
The 7,100 m2 facility, which will employ more than 70 people, will be the regional production base for the company’s Russian and CIS Packaging Inks businesses, producing water and solvent-based ink and coating products.
Incorporating laboratory testing and quality control facilities, alongside technical and customer service functions, the new site offers customers supply flexibility and enhanced lead times delivering the fast responses required in today’s highly competitive Russian package printing market.

Supplying across the paper, board and flexible packaging sectors, the new facility replaces the existing Flint Group Packaging Inks’ site in Moscow.
