Amcor plc announced that Susan Carter has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Board's audit committee with effect from Jan. 1, 2021.
Carter served as SVP and CFO of Ingersoll-Rand plc (renamed Trane Technologies plc) from 2013 to 2020.
For nine years before Ingersoll-Rand, Carter held CFO roles at KBR, Inc. and Lennox International Inc. She has held various other senior financial and accounting roles throughout her career, including at Cummins, Inc., Honeywell International, Dekalb Corporation, and Crane Co.
