Effective Jan. 1, 2021, John Jilek Jr. will become president and COO of inksolutions, a leading supplier of vehicles, varnishes and additives to the lithographic ink market throughout North America.
Jilek graduated from Florida State University with a double major in finance and real estate. He worked in the commercial real estate field out of college, and then joined inksolutions in 2005.
Jilek started in shipping, organizing all of the company’s logistic needs as it was rapidly growing. He also led the coordination of shipment and scheduling at WestCoast inksolutions (Bria Graphics) in Los Angeles, which inksolutions purchased.
Jilek moved into sales in 2007 and became VP of sales and marketing in 2010. He was instrumental in establishing several new product lines while increasing the company’s top and bottom line.
Jilek is on the NAPIM Board of Directors and has been involved with the Chicago Printing Ink Production Club for many years. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company.
Dan Delegge retired from inksolutions of Dec. 31, 2020. Delegge and John Jilek Sr. started the company in 2001. He was instrumental in developing the company as a leading supplier of vehicles and additives to the lithographic ink makers in North America.
Jilek Sr. will stay on as CEO of the company.

- Greg Borucki – senior technician;
- Anna Olejnik – office manager;
- Juan Sanchez – Production – OPV supervisor;
- Jose-Luis Behena – Production – Varnish supervisor
