For the sixth year in a row Inland, a family-owned label and packaging manufacturer, was named a winner of the Best Workplace in the Americas Award from the Printing Industries of America, which uses this award to recognize companies who create an exceptional workplace environment.
A panel of HR professionals evaluated Inland and other applicants on communication and culture, employee resources and benefits, and safety and work environment.
The BWA is awarded annually to companies that meet rigorous standards in human resources practices.
“The Best Workplace in the Americas award winners stand among the most distinguished printing industry leaders by human resources standards," said Michael F. Makin, president and CEO of PIA. "Congratulations to Inland for its outstanding achievement in human resources excellence.”
“This recognition is a testament to the dedication and commitment we have made to ensure Inland remains an employer of choice," said Paige Conforti, HR manager at Inland. "Being named a Best Workplace in the Americas would not be possible without the efforts our Inland team puts forth on a daily basis.”
