Paul Guy recently joined Manroland Sheetfed UK as national sales manager UK, to handle technical sales and new business.
Guy has worked in the print industry for more than 35 years.
During his previous time at Manroland, he was a print demonstrator for 14 years before being promoted to print services consultant, until he left in 2012.
During his career, he has held both service and sales management roles for KBA and heading up its MetalPrint Agency before joining Hubergroup UK, where he was the Midlands Regional business manager, responsible for sales and service.
This new role will focus on bringing Manroland's new printing systems to customers in the packaging and commercial sectors.
Paul Guy says:
"The advancement in technology along with precision German engineering makes this a very exciting move," Guy said. "With strong support from parent company Langley Holdings, Manroland has moved from strength to strength with financial stability, drive and commitment. The development and upcoming launch of a new press in 2020, shows this ambition and gives me the chance to explore further opportunities in this highly important sector.”
"We are pleased to welcome Paul back to the fold and I am looking forward to embracing the New Year and new opportunities," Manroland Sheetfed UK Managing Director Peter Redmond added. "Our products have evolved substantially and with our latest generation models we are ready to face the industry's ever-growing demands head-on to help our customers be even more competitive in their markets."
