Siegwerk said it changed business responsibilities in its Board of Management.
CEO Herbert Forker has taken over responsibility for India, China and South East Asia from Ralf Hildenbrand.
Hildenbrand will assume responsibility for Canada, US, and Latin America – now under the "Americas" umbrella.
The leadership changes went into effect Oct. 1, 2019.
During the past 10 years, Hildenbrand developed a successful growth strategy for Asia and its sub-regions and led the region to its current level of performance with dedicated teams serving customers with best-in-class solutions and services.
Hildenbrand will also continue to drive the global development of Flexible Packaging in his role as Global Flexible Packaging business unit coordinator – as well as leading the Global Technology team including Sustainability, Circular Economy, Product Safety and the Brand Owner Collaboration.
Continuing as Board members in the current roles are Dr. Oliver Wittmann, CFO, and Dr. Jan Breitkopf, president EMEA.
