InkJet, Inc. completed an upgrade from the ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard to the ISO 9001:2015 version. The new version of the standard replaces the previous version. InkJet, Inc. addressed many steps to complete this upgrade to this upgrade over a three-year period to ensure that its quality management processes are efficient and best suited to benefit their customers.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 161 national standards bodies. ISO issued ISO 9001:2015 in September 2015 and allowed manufacturing companies three years to complete the upgrade that would enable them to maintain the certification.
“Maintaining the highest standards for all of our processes, which includes manufacturing and quality control, is critical to our ability to meet and exceed the expectations of our distributors, resellers and end users around the world,” said Curt Gladney, quality control and environmental health and safety manager for InkJet, Inc. “InkJet, Inc. is fanatical about ensuring customer satisfaction. We are constantly seeking better ways to improve every aspect of our business, and every member of our team is empowered to present ideas and recommendations that make our company the best we can.”
