adphos will highlight its patented adphosNIR technology at Hunkeler Innovationdays, Feb. 20-23, 2017 in Lucerne, Switzerland. The company’s development of its adphosNIR technology has been proven now in multiple inkjet-based printing applications for ink drying.
The company reports that adphosNIR technology offers instantaneous drying capability, within only tenths of a second in even high content water-based inks on coated papers and plastic films, and an extremely compact dryer size. It offers low thermal stress to substrates, with a strong reduction of paper dry out and mostly no need for remoistening equipment and/or any substrate cooling, and excellent dryer efficiency with the lowest dryer energy consumption.
