Gintzler International has announced three promotions, which are designed to help the company reach its strategic goals. It has promoted Dan Braun to operations manager. He first began working at Gintzler International more than 20 years ago, starting with an entry-level position of packaging and machine operation. Through his years at Gintzler, he transitioned into roles of increasing responsibility – including finishing, estimating, pre-production planning and quality assurance.
In his newly defined role, Braun will manage the estimating, pre-production planning, finishing, shipping, and quality assurance departments.
The company has also promoted Jeff Erny from prepress technician to prepress manager. In his new role, Erny will be responsible for managing preflight, graphics, proofing, and plating activities.
Gintzler also announced the appointment of Mark Raczka to materials manager. In addition to his purchasing responsibilities, Raczka’s new role expands to include oversight of warehouse, slitting and receiving operations. Earlier in his career, Raczka gained extensive experience in the flexographic, letterpress, and offset printing industries as a press operator, estimator, prepress technician, and production planner.
