Chromaflo Technologies announced the formation of a new department, Global Business Development. The new Global Business Development department will strengthen Chromaflo’s capabilities in entering new and adjacent geographic and application markets, building strategic alliances, enhancing channels to market, and managing strategic acquisitions.
A global team of highly skilled professionals from each region will lead the efforts on business expansion using innovative concepts. Holger Spieckermann, former managing director of Chromaflo Technologies B.V. will assume the role of vice president Global Business Development.
“We have assembled a team of highly skilled experts within each region who will coordinate our global business development efforts from a local perspective,” said Spieckermann. “This local perspective will reinforce Chromaflo’s position as a market leader by providing sustainable global solutions to its customers wherever they are located.”
Reporting to Spieckermann will be Luc Driessen, business development manager EMEA, Sean Yang, business development manager APAC, and Larry Haines, business development manager Americas. Each manager is responsible for regional coordination of global business development efforts including the monitoring of market trends, analyzing opportunities for new business, identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, and promoting innovative customer solutions.
“By positioning these highly talented individuals into the new structure we are enhancing Chromaflo’s capability to expand into new areas by offering innovative solutions and opportunities for customers,” said Scott Becker, Chromaflo president and CEO. “The primary purpose is to drive growth through sustainable competitive advantage for our customers and for Chromaflo.”
