For the second consecutive year, Ryan Printing Inc. has been ranked the number one commercial printer-manufacturer by Inc. Magazine on its list of America's 5000 fastest growing companies. In an accompanying article in the magazine's September issue, the companies listed were described as earning their reputations by virtue of how well they do what they do, growing reference by reference until every customer in their markets knows whom to call.
"We worked hard to make the Inc. list and remaining there has required tremendous commitment and dedication from our entire staff," said company president Al Ryan. "Ryan Printing has thrived by making our customers look great to their customers."
Ryan Printing Inc., whose customers include Conde Nast, Harper Collins and IBM, is meeting the demands of its rapidly-growing customer base by introducing enhanced online services, modernizing its bindery and fulfillment departments and expanding its existing 25,000 square foot plant by 6,000 square feet.
So that customers can quickly and easily initiate printing projects, Ryan recently introduced its "Link to the Ink" online order desk. By using any Web browser, with no special software or login code required, customers can now effortlessly upload jobs to the company's FTP site.
"This will enable us to more rapidly schedule and prepare printing jobs, providing our customers with greater flexibility and the confidence that their projects are being expedited immediately," said Ryan.
To contain its new bindery equipment and provide room for a more efficient mailing and fulfillment department, Ryan Printing Inc. has recently expanded its physical plant to include an adjacent 6,000 square foot facility, increasing its size by 25%.
