Xeikon NV announced that it enjoyed a highly successful Print 2013, which included strong sales at the show and future sales opportunities, positive brand positioning, as well as strengthened relationships with customers.
Xeikon's booth space featured a unique design created by renowned designer Hugo Diego, owner of Montreal-based Creative Illusion. The wallpaper applications, which gave the Xeikon booth the ultra-realistic appearance of brick and concrete, were printed by marketing and print services provider Melan, which owns a Xeikon digital color press.
Customers and prospects who visited Xeikon's booth were impressed by the direct marketing applications which were produced on a Xeikon 8500 digital color press, featuring several different verticals and format sizes.
Visitors to the Xeikon booth also saw a live demonstration of its ThermoFlexX 30 digital imaging system, which enables customers to produce high quality flexo and letterpress plates at high resolutions. In addition, Xeikon dedicated a portion of the booth to its Trillium technology. Based on Xeikon's patented liquid toner technology, Trillium delivers a combination of high image quality and speed. Xeikon plans to install its first beta unit based on Trillium technology in Q1-2014.
"We're really happy with how Xeikon stood out at Print 2013. Our booth design really popped. We showed off the incredible direct marketing capabilities of the Xeikon 8000 Series. We had customers and prospects buzzing," said Michael Ring, president of Xeikon America, Inc. "We had strong sales performance at the show and received a nice burst of momentum heading into the last part of 2013."
