Sandy Alexander, a premier graphic communications provider, announced today the addition of Tim Fischer to the organization. He will be joining the company as an executive vice president and chief financial officer. This follows Sandy Alexander’s recent announcement of a management team buyout of the company.
“Tim is one of the most respected financial leaders in the printing industry with a deep understanding of this complex and ever changing business,” said Mike Graff, president and CEO of Sandy Alexander. “Tim’s financial and management expertise will help us as we continue to invest in our cross platform growth initiatives to attract new customers and drive sales. Tim is uniquely qualified to contribute to the increased flexibility, independence and focus that a management-owned company provides.”
“I am very excited to begin this new chapter with Sandy Alexander and help one of the country’s most storied printing companies extend its track record of performance,” Mr. Fischer said.
Mr. Fischer was most recently senior vice president of NAPL, a not-for-profit business management association representing progressive companies in the graphic communications industry. He has more than 25 years of graphic communications experience in the areas of operations, finance, M&A, and general management. He has served as COO and CFO of NAPL. Prior to NAPL, his experience includes a senior management position at direct mail printing company, where he led manufacturing start-ups and operational turnarounds, for a 225-employee division, overseeing multiple sites, departments, and management teams.
