Nazdar announced that Jim Davidson has accepted the position of vice president of international and OEM sales. Mr. Davidson’s primary objective is to establish Nazdar as a global leader in the expanding number of international markets it serves.
Mr. Davidson attended Rockhurst University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 1977, and an MBA in 1989. Mr. Davidson entered the graphics industry in 1981 as a chemist for K.C. Coatings in Lenexa, KS, where he worked closely with the founder, Dale Sloan.
In 1982, Nazdar acquired K.C. Coatings. In the beginning of Mr. Davidson’s career with Nazdar, he was instrumental in developing the company’s R&D Department, moving from supervisor to manager to technical director. In 1997, Mr. Davidson was promoted to vice president of operations, where he was responsible for all aspects of R&D, manufacturing and customer service.
During his 24 years with Nazdar, Mr. Davidson has worked closely with key customers, both domestic and internationally, providing guidance and assistance in helping them achieve greater success with their screen printing operations.
