Johnson Polymer, Sturtevant, WI and Crilen, Buenos Aries, Argentina, have entered into a license agreement for the manufacturing of Johnson Polymer’s JONCRYL line of emulsion polymers.
Johnson Polymer entered into this agreement with Crilen after an exhaustive search for the best manufacturing partner in South America. Johnson Polymer selected Crilen because of its strong presence in the South America graphic arts market; its commitment to customers and employees; and its high quality manufacturing operation, which is well-suited to manufacturing Johnson Polymer’s JONCRYL line of emulsion polymers.
“We believe that Johnson Polymer and Crilen will be a formidable partner in the region,” said Alan Henshaw, vice president of the Americas region for Johnson Polymer. “This license agreement will help both companies grow their respective businesses in South America.”
