Are you a Technical Service Manager with a Chemistry background that sets a standard for excellence?
How many of your customers and distributors keep saying, “S/he is so on top of things! Excellent service and support at every turn.”
We’re seeking a top-notch Technical Service Manager that gets feedback from customers and distributors that goes like this:
“I can’t wait to bring him/her into my accounts.”
“S/he is so well prepared with displays and technical comparisons, it makes it easy for our customer to understand our value proposition.”
“This is someone who really communicates well. S/he is proactive in communicating on project updates so that our customers know we are on top of things.”
Our ideal candidate will currently be working as a Technical Service Manager for a Pigments, Dyes or Additives company. You bring a passion for solving customer problems and gaining new business as a result. You’ll have existing relationships with end-customers and have also managed distributors. You’re adept at creating compelling presentations and providing sales tools to your reps, enabling their success. Data manipulation and presentation are second nature to you. You live by KPI’s and use Performance Management as a way of life. Ideally, you’ll be adept at manipulating Salesforce to generate the reports you need to drive business.
You’ll come into this role and help refine our sales process and help set strategy. You’ll travel to see customers along with our distributors and also on your own. You’ll work with distributors to set goals and help in their achievement, holding them to account. You’ll help us refine our automated marketing campaigns so that we can stay in touch with our numerous leads. You are organized by nature and will arrange trade show exhibitions and set up key meetings so that everyone’s time is well utilized. You’ll help create marketing materials, Technical Data Sheets and SDS.
