Job Description:
- Executive Sales Manager. The position is open for three areas: Mid-west, East and South of the U.S.
- Responsible for account management; generating sales with existing customers as well as developing new customer accounts.
- Candidate will manage sales and service needs of an industrial customer base. Will include travel within the region to assist in technical trouble shooting, providing core customer service, and identifying opportunities for new business.
- Candidate should have existing customer contacts and relationships as well as the ability to operate and close qualified leads.
- Highly motivated self starter.
- Grow Territory via existing and new accounts.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting new and existing customers to review product needs and identify potential solutions for new sales growth.
- Preparing reports for marketing and sales.
- Attend trade shows.

Key requirements include:
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales skills to maintain existing accounts and grow profitable new revenue.
- Ability to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts and territory.
- Prospecting capabilities to build an ongoing pipeline of new customers.
- Possess the ability to easily establish rapport with your customers.
- 5 years Technical Sales preferably in the Resin Market.
- B.S. degree chemist or chemical Engineer.
- Technical experience combined with Sales Experience.
