FESPA is strengthening its sales support team with new appointments. Nova Abbott has been appointed sales executive, further building on the organization’s sales support team, as it gains greater momentum on a number of new products and events. Based at the organization’s headquarters in Reigate, Surrey, she will be reporting to managing director Frazer Chesterman.
Ms. Abbott brings with her several years experience in sales roles in the UK and Asia. While Ms. Abbott will work on all FESPA accounts, she is fluent in English, Taiwanese, Mandarin, Cantonese and conversational Japanese, and she will focus mainly on the Asian marketplace, as FESPA’s presence continues to grow in this region – demonstrated by the recent addition of Japan and Korea as member associations – particularly in the run-up to FESPA Asia-Pacific in Bangkok, Nov. 28-30, 2008.
With its increased level of sales activity, FESPA has also appointed French-speaking Katherine Parkhouse as sales administrator and credit controller to support the team. She will be supporting the sales team and will report also to Mr. Chesterman.
