Plasticolors Inc. announced the recent reorganization of its sales and marketing departments.
“Prior to the reorganization, we were operating under business units where sales and marketing were combined within each unit,” said Scott Becker, Plasticolors’ COO. “Our new organization establishes a distinction between the sales and marketing functions and combines the thermoset plastics and coatings sales forces.”
The sales division will be headed by director of sales Mark Lodwick, who previously managed Plasticolors’ thermoset plastics business. Mr. Lodwick handles overall sales management and customer and technical service.
Larry Haines, former business manager for Plasticolors’ coatings business, has been appointed director of marketing. He will coordinate and integrate research, manage market relations and direct product promotion.
Liz Campbell takes over the new product development manager position. Her responsibilities include assessing new products and markets and overseeing the new product development process.
Marty Holden, the new market development manager, will develop new market segments and select specific accounts within those markets for account conversion. He will also develop sales methodologies, integrate and train the sales force and implement marketing initiatives.
Brian Czuchra, technical marketing specialist, handles all product literature and press releases and coordinates advertising agency and trade show activities.
