Richard A. Mix,Jr. joined the 26-member professional staff of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA’s) as technical director.
His responsibilities include reaching out to FTA members to begin establishing new relationships, working to better understand technical and training needs of FTA member firms, identifying the most pressing issues facing companies today and developing strategies for succeeding in the challenging business environment of tomorrow.
Mr. Mix spent the majority of his 14-year career rising through the ranks of All Printing Resources (APR), a distributor of flexographic supplies and services. He started out as a tech rep before moving on to become product manager, vice president of marketing and, most recently, director of e-business and training.
