INX International Ink Company has launched its new site, www.inxinternational.com, which focuses on print applications and provides easy direct-line access to a spectrum of specialists. It is designed to quickly steer customers to the best products for their particular applications, while also providing names and contact information for INX Solutions Team specialists familiar with appropriate print processes and equipment.
The site reflects INX’s company-wide customer service approach – a system that provides more than mere product specs and a sales person to rely on, with direct-line access to product development, technical support and other application-savvy specialists.
On the INX home page, visitors choose from four overall application categories: paper packaging, flexible packaging, rigid packaging and commercial printing. Within each area are more specific applications such as “tag and label,” “flexographic ” and “magazine ” printing – a total of 18 applications in all – each of which lists its own Solutions Team Go-To Crew.
“Customers tell us they want access to a full spectrum of application-specific, ink-related printing expertise,” said Rick Clendenning, INX International Ink’s president and CEO. “We make it easy on our web site, starting with the home page which features direct links to primary types of packaging and commercial printing applications, within which we provide names and contact info for entire teams of specialists.”
Each of these application pages also connects visitors to pages for pertinent print processes such as web offset, sheetfed or UV. Applicable inks and coatings are listed along with a direct link to a complete application guide, with cross-matched product, substrate and performance information. A stand-alone “Contact INX” page provides links to 14 other general company categories including dispensing equipment, material safety data sheets, employment information and INX’s North American locations.
