Jetrion, LLC (www.jetrion.com), a new global ink jet product, service and integration company powered by Flint Ink, has expanded its customer service capabilities by introducing a nationwide, 24-hour, technical-support program. The enhanced program strengthens Jetrion’s ability to provide technical support to printing, converting, packaging, and direct-mail companies.
“The new program is an extension of our commitment to offer a comprehensive suite of ink jet solutions,” said Dr. Ken Stack, president of Jetrion. “It’s designed to provide customers with a convenient service program tailored to support their integrated digital printing systems.”
This support program is made possible by a recent service agreement with DataJet Services, a leading print service-support organization based in Norcross, GA. Through a channel of highly-experienced DataJet field service technicians, Jetrion will coordinate and deliver customized hardware support, networking, and training for its customers.
“Our customers expect us to not only provide best-in-class ink and hardware solutions, but also technical support services that fit their operational needs,” said Dr. Stack. “By contracting directly with Jetrion for the fulfillment of their ink, hardware and service requirements, printers now have access to a one-stop resource for a complete solution. Jetrion has broadened its service offering to include a number of new hardware platforms and to allow printers to tap into a deep pool of expertise and real world experience.”
The service agreement includes both preventative maintenance monitoring and a 24-hour response hotline.
“We’re excited about working with Jetrion’s customers,” said Bruce Green, president of DataJet. “Jetrion has designed a program that truly expands its portfolio of expertise and strengthens the company’s ability to offer a comprehensive suite of ink jet solutions. Our customized ink jet support creates a synergy that will deliver all-around benefits for customers.”
