The National Printing Ink Research Institute (NPIRI) will be holding its annual Introduction to Printing Ink Technology course from July 20-25 at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. Students will learn a variety of subjects spanning the history of ink, raw materials, color and manufacturing, and will also participate in labs and a tour of printing facilities.
On July 27-30, NPIRI’s Advanced Course, also at Lehigh University, will cover liquid ink vehicles and ink/substrate interactions, conventional, energy curable and ink jet systems.
