Comexi has opened a new office in Moscow, Russia, to enhance the support provided to customers in this region and in all CIS countries.
The formal announcement will be published during the group’s presence at Rosupack 2018 trade fair that will be held from June 26-29, and it will also present its new business director in this region, Alexander Rabassa, who will be assisting Comexi clients in Russia and CIS markets.
Comexi has had growth of 15% in the last two years in the Russian area. Rabassa will be working next to Ramon Xifra, Comexi VP, who has been leading the commercial management in this area for the last years. Rabassa has commercial experience in the Russian flexible packaging industry and other international companies.
“Russia and CIS markets are very dynamic with huge potential for further growth, therefore it is crucial to be physically present in these markets so we can offer better service to our clients and be ahead competition,” said Rabassa.
“By opening an office in this country, we will be closer to our customers and able to provide them with an even higher standard of service,” added Xifra.
The new office in Russia will cover all CIS markets, Lithuania and Latvia, providing sales assistance, immediate, faster and closer logistic support and spare parts service.
