Polyset was awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Times Union. Based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey (Energage, LLC), the anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
“Being named a Top Workplace is an honor for us,” Polyset President and CEO Nil Ghoshal said. “We [Nil and brother Raj] are continuing the legacy of our father who understood the importance of his employees and the knowledge/passion they brought to Polyset. Everyone here gives their best, and in return, we gladly give back to them.”
At the Times Union’s Top Workplace reception, Polyset was named the No. 3 small employer and also received an award for the best employee appreciation program.
