Joji Tokunaga was appointed president and CEO of Ricoh in the Americas, the company said.

Previously, Tokunaga served as EVP and GM of Shared Services within Ricoh Americas.
Glenn Laverty remains SVP of Ricoh Americas Marketing, as well as president and CEO of Ricoh Canada Inc.
