Constantia Flexibles announces that it will implement a new organizational structure to drive profitable long-term growth. The new structure and resulting managerial changes follows the company’s recent sale of its Labels division and the decision to expand its Food and Pharma businesses.
Effective Jan. 1, 2018, Constantia Flexibles will have two divisions – Food and Pharma – headed by EVPs Stefan Grote and Pierre-Henri Bruchon, respectively. As part of the reorganization, the regional management offices in Houston, and Dubai will be closed and the EVPs for Food North America, Stefan Bogoll, and EVP for Food Emerging Markets, Friedrich Humer, will step down from their positions.
“On behalf of the whole of the company, I would to like to thank Stefan and Fritz for their outstanding contributions in their respective roles,” said CEO Alexander Baumgartner. “Our new and lean divisional structure will increase flexibility, reduce complexity, lower costs and speed up decision-making processes, which ultimately benefits all our customers worldwide.”
