Before the Summer Olympics in August and general elections in October, the country and people of Brazil, South America will host Fespa Brasil 2016. INX Digital and its Brazilian distributor, BR Group, plan to demonstrate a wide range of TRIANGLE brand advanced alternative inks at the event, April 6-9 at Expo Center Norte in Sao Paolo.
“Fespa Brasil 2016 promises to be the first and most important venue for digital printing this year, and we will offer a solution for all digital printing needs,” remarked Alex Garcia, director of business development for INX International Ink Co.
Being demonstrated in the booth will be mild solvent, eco-solvent and UV Curable inks. The mild solvent inks are designed for large format, high-speed printers ranging from 7 to 35 pico liters. The eco-solvent inks will be run on high-resolution printers using Epson DX4, DX5, DX6 and DX7 solvent print heads. The UV curable inks are for large format commercial and industrial applications using UV cure and LED curing technologies. These curable pigmented inks will likely attract a crowd with its brilliant color density, ink coverage and bottom line results.
“In the past 18 months foreign markets – in particular, emerging markets – have had to readjust the way they conduct business to meet the demands of a stronger dollar for products coming from the United States,” said Garcia. “Nevertheless, and in a market region where solvent inks is still prevalent compared to other technologies in the digital market, most competitors find it challenging to meet the affordable quality standard of our products in terms of color gamut, abrasion resistance and adhesion.”
