Since Primeflex Labels’ foundation in 1997, the Colorado-based converter has experienced steady growth every year. To meet the increasing demand, they decided to invest in a Nilpeter 8-color FB-3 servo flexo press.

What drew Primeflex Labels to the FB-3 was its high level of automation and ease of use to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
Primeflex focuses on labels for food and beverages, cosmetics, consumer products, meat products, as well as flexible packaging such as pouches, and wrap-arounds. The new press is a multi-substrate, servo-driven flexo press with UV curing, which runs up to 560 FPM.
