Allnex showcased its innovative resins and additives for energy curable applications at uv.eb East 2013, the Ultraviolet and Electron Beam Curing Conference and Exhibition, from Oct. 1-2, 2013 at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center in Syracuse, NY.
At uv.eb East 2013, Allnex representatives discussed Allnex’s new line of non-intentionally added tin and organotin energy curable resins and dispersions, which address existing and emerging regulations, norms and specifications restricting the use of tin and organotin derivatives in coatings and inks. The new product range includes urethane acrylates, polyester acrylates and diluted polyester resins and UV curable dispersions. In addition, special attention has been given to ensure that Allnex’s line of non-intentionally added tin and organotin resins and dispersions provides the same outstanding performance as standard EBECRYL and UCECOAT products.
Also, on Tuesday, October 1, a presentation was given: “Mitigating Chemicals of Concern Through the Usage of Bio-based Novel Energy Curable Acrylate Technology” by Anthony Carignano, Radcure global marketing manager, packaging coatings and inks.
