Emerald Performance Materials has announced the launch of a new website. The platform for the new site has greatly expanded the range of product content available for the company’s extensive portfolio, provided significant new functionality for customer interaction, and added new features for ease of navigation.
The updated format for www.emeraldmaterials.com provides easy-to-access information about Emerald’s four business groups, as well as specific product and application information, including access to more than 4,000 MSDS and other documents. Visitors can search by product name, application or industry and can place inquiries and request samples directly from the site.
Another new feature of the new site is the Customer Passport, which enables customers to efficiently place inquires and sample requests, track sample history, literature download history, provide flags when new versions of previously downloaded material is available and provide access to any password-protected content.
“As our company has continued to grow and expand its product offering, we needed to identify a new web solution that allowed us to add improved functionality for our customers,” said Julie Vaughn Biege, vice president, business development and marketing services for Emerald Performance Materials. “We also wanted to effectively showcase our wide array of chemical products.
