Industrial Partnership Project at Brancher

January 12, 2012

Begins insolvency proceedings in order to ensure long-term survival of the business

The recent explosion in the prices of raw materials has led Brancher, in collaboration with an industrial partner, to develop a strategic project intended to consolidate its position in the French and international markets.

Due to the difficult financial situation and in order to ensure the long-term survival of the business, the company has been forced to begin insolvency proceedings at the Chartres commercial court. The latter has authorized the continuation of business operations in order to allow the finalization of a new partnership.

Client orders will continue to be produced and dispatched as normal.

The new organization will be based on complementary expertise:
• Large-scale manufacturing of high-quality, high-volume products.
• Small and medium-scale manufacturing for specific high-tech products.

Details of the new partnership will be given in the next 2012 newsletter. In the meantime, the company would like to thank its clients for their trust and loyalty.
