Experts from Sartomer USA, LLC will give five original presentations on the use of monomers and oligomers at this year’s RadTech. Sartomer’s technical managers will address topics ranging from barrier performance in cured polymers to adhesion in direct-to-metal applications.
Tuesday will feature three talks: “Influences on Barrier Performance of UV/EB Cured Polymers” will be given by Josh Oliver, manager of UV specialty applications; “Evaluation of New Oligomers for UV/EB Lithographic Inks” will be given by James Goodrich, manager of UV/EB technology; and “Acrylated Products Designed for Formability and Adhesion Enhancement in Direct to Metal Applications” will be given by William R. Schaeffer, manager of industrial and specialty coatings, UV/EB technology.
Wednesday, Jeffrey Klang, manager of monomer development will give a talk on “Design and Performance of Radiation Curable Acrylates with High Renewable Carbon Content.” The final talk by Mr. Goodrich will be on “UV/EB Technology for What's Next” and the time TBD. Mr. Goodrich will also take part in a presentation on durability as part of the end-user conference on Printing and Packaging, which takes place today.
