EFI Hosting Jetrion Open Houses This Summer

Potential customers will receive up-close look at the award-winning Jetrion 4000 and learn about the huge opportunity in the digital label market

EFI announced a summer series of open houses that will showcase its Jetrion industrial inkjet printers and detail the profit-boosting digital label printing opportunity. Kicking off next week in Chicago, the open houses will enable print providers to see first-hand the speed and quality of the Jetrion 4000 UV Inkjet System.

The Jetrion 4000 will be operating in conjunction with a Spartanics high-speed laser label die cutting machine on June 24 and June 25 at the Spartanics North American headquarters in Rolling Meadows, IL. EFI will also host a special open house on August 2-5 as part of its EFI Connect users conference being held at the Wynn Las Vegas. Other cities and dates will be announced soon.

"In response to the overwhelming interest in Jetrion 4000, we are hosting a series of Jetrion Open Houses this summer. We're joining forces with Jetrion partners across the country to let label converters, brand owners and other print providers see the 4000's powerful features up close," said Sean Skelly, director of marketing and service for EFI Jetrion. ""EFI has been a leader with our digital inkjet printers and ink in this space for many years, and we look forward to sharing our expertise and insights during these events."

The Jetrion 4000 UV Inkjet System offers label converters an affordable, full-color narrow web alternative to toner-based digital printers for label runs of up to 50,000 labels and beyond. With speeds of up to 30.5 meters per minute at more than 1000 dpi with greyscale technology, the Jetrion 4000 delivers high-quality, full-color label printing up to 13.9 centimeters (5.5 inches) wide. The system also features Jetrion's advanced UV4000 ink set which provides exceptional durability and reduces the need for costly over-laminates. In combination with EFI's Fiery XF RIP and EFI's XFlow solution, the inks provide outstanding color reproduction across a wide range of substrates using an intuitive PDF-based digital workflow.
