DuPont Digital Printing will showcase its full line of DuPont Artistri inks for digital textile printing at FESPA Digital 2008, April 1-3 , 2008 in Geneva, Switzerland at the Geneva Palexpo (Booth L14).
“We are very pleased to showcase our total Artistri ink portfolio to visitors at FESPA and to exhibit how these well-proven inks are demonstrating commercial success in a diverse range of textile
applications worldwide,” said Marco Torri, global sales manager, Artistri. “We are particularly excited to showcase our Artistri™ P5000 ink set for direct-to-garment printing featuring our innovative white ink and process colors that deliver rich, long-lasting color for apparel and specialty applications.”
Artistri ink is available in both pigment- and dye-based
formulations that combine DuPont proprietary pigment dispersion, polymer and ink formulation technology. Because they are formulated with the same dyes and pigments used in conventional textile printing, Artistri ink offers superior results for digital textile printing – excellent fastness properties, brilliant colors and robust print reliability.
DuPont's comprehensive Artistri ink offering includes:
• Artistri 500 series acid dye inks designed for use in printheads that require lower viscosity inks for applications on silk and nylon/elastane blends.
• Artistri P5000 series pigment inks are also designed for use in printheads that require lower viscosity inks, for printing on cotton or cotton rich blends for a wide variety of direct-to-garment apparel and specialty applications.
• Artistri 700 series acid, disperse and reactive dye and pigment inks
are designed for use in printheads that require medium viscosity inks for printing on popular textile materials for a wide range of applications.
