Field Container Merges with Smurfit-Stone to Form Altivity Packaging, LLC; Names Chuck Graham Handschy Industries' President

Handschy Industries' parent company, Field Container, L.P has signed an agreement to become part of a new company being created by affiliates of the Texas Pacific Group by combining with the consumer packaging business of Smurfit-Stone. The name of the new company is Altivity Packaging, LLC.

Chuck Graham has been named president of Handschy Industries, Inc. Handschy Industries, Inc., a privately held $40 million company, manufactures and supplies reliable inks, coatings and varnishes to commercial, web offset and flexographic printers throughout the world.

Mr. Graham comes to Handschy Industries, Inc. with 32 years experience in the ink industry. For the past five years, Mr. Graham has been with Conley Publishing Group in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, most recently as COO.
