Sartomer Company, part of Total’s Chemicals branch, has appointed Vincent Vadot as vice president of finance. Mr. Vadot is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling all financial activities for Sartomer. He reports directly to Nicholas Trainer, the company’s president.
Mr. Vadot has been with Total for the past seven years in the group finance division in Paris. Most recently, he served as manager of the Total group consolidation department, where he supervised the statutory consolidation work for the publication of the group’s quarterly financial statements.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Vadot spent several years with the auditing firm Coopers & Lybrand, now Price Waterhouse Coopers. He holds a graduate degree in business management from the Paris European School of Management (Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris).
