Palmer Supplies Company announced that it has merged with Michigan-based Harry Holland Company, consummating merger discussions that began almost five years ago. The new company, called Palmer Holland, Inc., will specialize in distribution to various markets, including the paint, coatings and sealants markets.
“Although management discussions have been underway for the past six months, we have been talking about this merger for the past five years,” said Joe Lykins, president of Palmer Supplies. “Harry Holland brings to the table tremendous expertise which provides Palmer with an expanded market and an extended product line for our combined firm.”
“Joe and I are confident that the merger solidifies Palmer Holland, Inc., as the leading specialty chemical distributor in the Midwest region,” said Dave Leiser, president of Harry Holland Company.
