During summer, some companies will bring in interns, offering these students the opportunity to gain first-hand experience. Shamrock Technologies, the world leader in PTFE micropowders, is exceptional in this regard, bringing in numerous college students every year. This past summer was no different, as Shamrock welcomed in seven college students to gain practical experience in the business world.

Joining William B. Neuberg, center, chairman and CEO of Shamrock Technologies, are from left, Ryan Sowinski of Johnson & Wales; Mark Merhom of Rutgers; Andrea Morocoima of Rutgers; Mike Scharf of University of Delaware; Ben Allen of Raritan Valley; and Aaron Cohen of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Missing due to a China trip is Miya Liang of Rutgers. Mr. Neuberg noted that Shamrock also benefitted from the interns, adding, “We thank these people. We wish them well in their studies, and hope that some will come back.”
